Performance recording software in practice
The app enables a clear and legally compliant tracking of work and their duration in a digital form.

Employees or external service providers do their daily work – which, by the way, they are also assigned directly in the EineStadt app, can view and tick off.

A reminder function ensures that nothing is forgotten.

After the work is done, they open the digital timesheet in EineStadt with a click.

As soon as users have selected a property in the timesheet, suitable tasks are displayed for selection.

Including, of course, the beginning and end of the task provision, but also details of the task as free text

The cost center for the service provided can optionally be stored in the background.

Cost codes, tasks and properties were captured and linked once by an administrator so that the users of the system only see the options that make sense.

EineStadt works reliably by using a smart pen or by hand.

The work tracking is conveniently carried out directly after the performance or, for example, shortly before closing time. If forgotten, it can also be done the days after.
Work tracking export
If required, the digital proof of work can be exported as a digital table. All tasks provided by all employees can now be filtered and transferred to other programs, e.g. for billing.
