The maintenance software EineStadt offers a user - friendly tool for digital capturing of working hours via smartphones, tablets or PCs. The app enables a clear and legally compliant capturing of services and their duration in the digital service registration sheet.

Staff members or external service providers do their daily work – which, by the way, they are also assigned directly in the EineStadt app, and which they can view and tick off.

A reminder function ensures that nothing is forgotten.

After the work is done, you can open the digital timesheet in EineStadt with a click.

As soon as users have selected a property in the timesheet, suitable services are displayed for selection.

Cost codes, services and properties are captured and linked by an administrator so that the users of the system only see the options that make sense.

The capturing of working hours is conveniently carried out directly after the job or, for example, shortly before the end of a day’s work. If forgotten, it can also be done the days after.
Export of activity capturing
If required, the digital activity confirmation can be exported as a table. All services provided by staff members can now be filtered and transferred to other programs, e.g. for settlement.
