What are release notes? 

📌 Release notes are compact information about updates that describe new features, correction of defects, or improvements. They usually contain version numbers such as "Version 2.5" so that customers can understand which changes belong to which version and benefit from them specifically.

🎯 We are continuously working to improve the stability and security of our system. Below are details of the recent changes included in each version. 

Version 5.1 

Map 
• In addition to open spaces, rectangles, circles and linear shapes ("tubes") can now also be drawn with visual assistance  

• Surfaces can be easily duplicated via the context menu ("Copy") 

• Measurements and drawings can now be shared with other users 

• Map performance has been further improved – among other things       through a new design of the application markers 

 

Data entry & List of objects 
• An "X" now appears in all input fields, with which the entire content can be deleted with a click 

• The header of the object list always remains visible when scrolling ("sticky header") 

• Object lists can now be sorted correctly numerically ascending 

• Object filters can now be edited directly from the pen symbol in the object list 

• Colors for object filters (filling, border strip, dash) can now be combined within a filter 

 

 
Entitlements 
• New authorization: Text rights can be set for individual protocol types – e.g. only "Visual inspection" or additionally "Quarterly inspection" and "main annual inspection". By default, the authorizations are all set to "Yes" after the update. 

• New authorization: Visibility of shared measurements and drawings can be controlled individually 

• Authorization revision: "Edit Orders" now also restricts the setting of "Done" in both the object overview as well as the map 

 

Assignments 
• Deleted objects (e.g. gaming equipment) can be manually removed from an assignment if necessary and are automatically hidden on repetition 

 
General 
• The export of recorded services can now be limited to any period of time (start and final dates) 
• Completed orders are automatically stored in the object history (e.g. repair order) 

 
Fault correction 
• When cloning a job, all fields are now copied – including notes 
• Calendar display has been corrected 
• Object filters with special signs can now be saved successfully 
• Sizes of areas in the object list are displayed correctly again even after sorting the object list 
• Input fields retain their correct size  
after saving 

• In indoor categories, orders are now only displayed for the currently selected level 
• Numerous other minor corrections and optimizations 

Version 5.0 

Map 
• A visual confirmation appears after placing an object 

• Map rotation has been temporarily disabled for stability reasons. We are working on a timely return of this feature 

• Hook setting can be used to turn many levels on and off  

 
Orders 
• The email of the order confirmation now includes the name of the user who accepted the order 

• Completed orders are kept in the property history and sorted by date

Data recording 

• Mandatory fields can be defined on request (currently not yet set in the editor itself)) 

Version 4.15 

Map 
• Object filters can be used to display certain objects in the map invisibly 

• Layer list in the map has been made clearer 

• Tracking on lines is now possible (e.g. for winter maintenance, tracking on lines, hedges, roadside greenery, etc.) 

• Tracking is also enabled for points, trees and polygons

Data Capturing & Editor 
• Editor: Attributes can now be moved to other input masks or duplicated 

• Editor: Now erasing works stably and without error message 

• iPhone: Shaking restarts NFC

Orders 

• Potential mandatory entry: Contractors must add material before they can finish the job 

• Calendar is integrated in orders 

• Start and end time for jobs now visible and editable 

• Orders are optionally repeated at eligible time intervals (can be defined freely) 

• Orders are now always displayed with customer name and end date 

• When a complete job is set to "Done", individual, unfinished objects remain untouched 

• In PDFs for orders, the area and length of the completed objects are automatically summed 

• An order report now also includes Individual reports on the associated objects

Service Recording & Cost Centers 

• Detailed performance recording is possible (Note: License required – please contact us) 

• Export function for all service recording data is added 

• Integration of cost centers into service recording

General 
• Line for navigation has been redesigned 

• Another language added: Turkish 

• Generation of numbers: individual, sequential numbers are now possible

Fault corrections 
• Various minor bugs in editor and job logic have been fixed 

• Stability improvements for deletion and PDF export 

Version 4.14 

Map 
• Photo button directly available in the map popup 

• Noticeable speed improvement when opening maps and objects 

• Drawing in the map now with the option to labeling (text) 

• All orders are now displayed in the map – even from other categories 

• When the map is enlarged, objects from other categories are displayed 

 

Orders 
• Orders can now be copied (duplicated) directly 

• Order mask has been made clearer; "Archive" button is visible at any time 

• Optimized PDF reports with additional information (e.g. object areas for mowing areas, graves, etc.) 

• Order emails now explicitly contain client and contractor 

• In the object overview of an order, it is possible to zoom directly to related objects via the map button 

• Sorting of order elements has been improved: "Uncompleted" objects are at the top 

• E-mail notification for unfinished objects is added to the end date  

 

Data Acquisition & Object List 
• Filters now contain numbers on the "hits" 

• When creating a new object, a sequential number is automatically suggested 

• Routes can be started and continued in the object overview at any time 

• PDFs and DOCs are no longer renamed during upload and receive appropriate preview icons

Administration 
• After CSV import, a log file can be downloaded for tracking 

• Object filters can be completely hidden from the map and layer list 

• Automatic user logoff has been increased to 14 days 

 

General 
• Buttons have been visually optimized 

• The button for defect reports receives a "badge" after login for faster visibility 

• The app remembers the last category used even after logging out 

​ 

Interfaces 
• Synchronization to other GIS systems possible for object exchange 

• Creating and deleting database fields directly via API
